This modern chalet in minimalist style, situated on a hill in the village Puerto de Soller, offers spectacular views to the Sierra de Tramuntana with her highest mountain of the island, Puigmajor, and to the wonderful fishing village La Figuera. Puerto de Soller is a natural harbour adjacent to an idyllic valley covered with orange- and olive-trees in the western part of Majorca. The size of estate is 800 m2, with a total constructed area of 240 m2.
